Hi -

I cannot stress enough that in order to raise capital to help you grow your business, you MUST have a business plan!! The percentage of inventors who actually see their products make it to major retailer's shelves is 1% at best. With that, you must be prepared to entice investors to part with their money and a rough sample, no IP protection, and a lack of market research will only lessen your chances....
