No it does'nt use any liquid form. I saw it on www.service@stumbleupon.com register on this site. There are approximately 1,000 web sites and links for ideas from all over the world. It runs on AIR. but my thoughts are your FLYING, my DESIGN +, another inventors invention from France and the Manufacture on this new car, for a FLYING MOBILE VEHICLE== as is our planet is heating up, but my designs and heat resistant material freeze proof will out last most homes built today=FMV=flys,runs on air, water proof,heat and frozen resistance,home self sustaining, makes fresh water out of moisture, cooks in seconds or minutes ( 12 pound turkey cooks in 2 hours) toilet EPA APPROVED, floats for fishing or?, carries a vehicle. I figure since I'm retired and advising others on finding the cause to delete Global Warming and restoring nature to normal. If they cant find the beams for me to destroy, then the alternative is to build a mobile home that can sustain life for long periods of time and protection from the elements that can travel any where at any time with a bit of luxury at a fair price. ooojay

TOMAS, I've designed a Mobile Vehicle, I could add Flying to it. Its 60 feet long,8 feet wide,8 feet high inside, has refrigerators and deep freezers thats non-electric,has units inside that makes fresh water out of moisture in the air, an engine that runs on air only, 2 generators==1 fuel tank=100 gallon. water = 640 gallon in a cooling location naturally, to cook 2 full meals=meat, potatoes,gravy,veggies. 2 minutes. 2 extra refrigerators for dry goods. A garage for a truck 20 feet. level adjusters, finger lifter,4 beds,12 power outlet for each generator each side only= computer, 2 tv's 2 arm chairs w/foot rests. double shield around whole vehicle= waterproof. can ride on water for better fishing.== my thoughts are 4 inventors you for FLYING, ONE for extension, one for AIR POWERED ENGINE, ONE FOR DESIGN. split 4 ways per vehicle. ooojay havent built it yet, but soon. as is I'm advising Space Administration on how to find locations of beams that creating Global Warming so we can delete each, let me know iof your in? ooojay

my idea is fying car without wings and propellers, so the car drive on small city streets, it can fly like helichopter, like plane, it can also sail, like boat, if it's waterproof, doesn't army searching for that kind of wehicle ?
it's much cheaper to have all three vehicles in one !

to extract the sands of time and make another fortune and find where i need to place the mineral to allow nature to return to normal naturally. but in the meantime. you'd be giving them you paperwork and they'd be advancing your invention. they have over 200 top secret people to work on seperate areas. their good at what they do. but thats up to you and your the boss and at the end.like me i got a book of my invention that explains everything.

they went ecstatic (overly excited) the first time. with just my paperwork. after 2 years mine was patented. but not on the market, because most marketing companies want too much and i'd only be selling the patent for maybe?, yet if someone built and sold them, then i'd get 25% of $1.9 trillion and i could afford to delete global warming immediately. i just have to find certain locations, but i could buy the equiptment and hire people in each country

it's not patented yet, here in EU is a little bit complicated and expencive, and the point is we have to work on a model first, we need about a year testing and about 1 milion to invest, before patenting it, device is simple and we can be first.
Sloveni is small country in EU, between Italy and Austria, it's about 2 hourse by plane from London

engine can be on gas or diesel, in bouth case engine is conected and runs my DEVICE and this device is making an PUSHING POWER, this power can be turned in ANY DIRECTION we want, also up to the sky, so our wehicle can fly like helichopter, like plane, or just drive on streets. To lift the wehicle-small flying car, we need strong engine, at least 300 hourse power. So, the main thing is my DEVICE, which is runed by gas or diesel engine.
This device can be worth billions, but now in the period of idea i can sell this secret for 1 milion. I will prove the princip of work.
